2017 Q3 Brokerage Activity

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – SW brokers totaled $19,492,000 in transactions in the third quarter of 2017. Notable deals included the acquisition of a small portfolio of local net leased properties as well as the sale of a prominent retail strip in the UAB “food court” district.

  • Seth represented Timberchase Financial, LLC in the lease of 1,600 SF of office space at 31 Inverness Center Parkway from HPT Sunbelt Portfolio, LLC.
  • Seth Berry represented Konecranes, LLC in the lease of 9,240 SF at 104 Oxmoor Road from George W. Barber, Jr.
  • Seth Berry and Robert Crook, CCIM represented Elbert Buckalew in the lease of 1,420 SF at Alabaster Market Center to Hairway to Heaven.
  • Seth Berry represented Easter Seals of Alabama, Inc. in the lease of 2,800 SF at 569 Brookwood Village from Springville Village, LLC.
  • Seth Berry and Ali Wilburn represented LEJ JR, LLC in the lease of 2,500 SF at 2159 Rocky Ridge Road to Birmingham Cleaners, LLC dba Merry Maids. The tenant was represented by Kevin Sokol of Red Rock Realty.
