About Us 

Shannon Waltchack is a full service Commercial Real Estate firm that acquires, brokers, develops, and manages commercial Real Estate Investments for ourselves and our clients across the southeast. We provide professional management, brokerage, and consulting services for our clients and investors alike. Our goal is to become the preferred broker, manager, and buyer of properties in our markets. Towards that end we try to make each transaction as enjoyable as possible for all parties involved.

We started Shannon Waltchack because we love finding, purchasing and owning real estate. We have a passion for value enhancing opportunities not just for ourselves but for our investors and clients, many of whom have never owned or managed commercial real estate. We also seek out opportunities to share ownership with the Broker who found and brought us the deal. The way we look at it, we'd rather own a smaller percentage of many deals instead of owning all of a few. It spreads out the risk and allows us to interact with more investors, tenants and brokers.

Our Strategy has evolved over the year to share our expertise with our current investors and other like-minded individuals and corporations, and we now offer 3rd-party brokerage property management and investment/consulting services.
