ANDREW R. PATTERSON, ccIM, CPM—Principal

Mr. Patterson has been a member of Shannon Waltchack team since its inception in 2005 and has been a Principal in the company since 2010.

He is a graduate of Samford University and began his real estate career with Coldwell Banker Commercial Eyster Properties as a Commercial Salesperson. In 2006, Mr. Patterson was named to the Commercial Million Dollar Sales Club and named "Rookie of the Year" for sales in excess of $8 million.

In late 2006, Mr. Patterson took on additional responsibilities as Asset and Property Manager. Since that time, he has implemented a new property management and accounting system, evaluated management contracts and leases, and created detailed administrative processes for the administrative staff.  He currently oversees the property management department and focuses on investment sales and leasing.

Mr. Patterson has his CCIM and CPM designations and currently serves as Treasurer of the Alabama CCIM Chapter. He is a member of the Birmingham Association of Realtors, Alabama Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), CCIM Institute, and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
