DAVID SPENCER, sales associate

David Spencer joined Shannon Waltchack Investment Real Estate, LLC in early 2010.

Mr. Spencer is a 2004 graduate of the University of Alabama and began his real estate career in 2005 with Harbert Realty Services as an account manager working in corporate service tenant representation. He came to Shannon Waltchack Investment Real Estate after working in the office group at Graham & Company as an associate broker working primarily with Tenants.

David works with Tenants, Landlords, Buyers and Sellers specializing in Tenant Representation. He has been effective handling real estate transactions from initial site selection to negotiations of leases and sales contracts.
