Geoffrey White— Associate Broker

Geoffrey White joined Shannon Waltchack in 2010 as a land and conservation specialist.

He grew up in Rome, Georgia where his love for land and the outdoors was fostered.  Mr. White is a graduate of Darlington School and Samford University.  After obtaining his degree, he began a building career with Gibson & Anderson Construction Company.  He has over 15 years of building experience which included commercial building, renovations, and custom home building.

In 2009, Mr. White transitioned into real estate.  He joined RE/MAX Over the Mountain and was awarded the RE/MAX Award for the Highest Commission Earned by a First Year Agent.  In 2010, he founded Sky Blue, LLC, a Land & Conservation Easement Consulting Company.  Mr. White has sold over $6 million dollars in land real estate and has provided clients with consulting in regards to conservation easements.

Mr. White loves people and wants to give each client his best.  He listens to his clients desires and works hard to meet their needs.  He will do what’s in the best interest of the client.  

He and his wife Dana have three children.
