Kevin Perkins— Associate Property Manager

Kevin Perkins has been with Shannon | Waltchack since July of 2010.

He graduated the Culverhouse College of Commerce and Business Administration with distinction while studying Finance and Economics. While in college, he held two jobs at the Hotel Capstone and the Alabama Center for Real Estate. He is currently responsible for property management and spearheads the delegation of our maintenance department. He is a licensed realtor and enjoys fishing in his spare time.
