LEN B. SHANNON III, CCIM—PRINCIPAL

Len Shannon is the co-founder of Shannon Waltchack, LLC.

Len has spent the majority part of his 22 yr career assembling groups to buy investment properties.  To date he has personally bought and sold over 170 commercial properties in 5 states and currently serves as managing member of over 30  LLC’s. His passion is unlocking value thru property repositioning, aggressive leasing and proficient property management. Len brings a unique skill set to serve clients in need of real estate solutions. 

He is past president of the Alabama Chapter of CCIM, as well as past president of the Birmingham Commercial  Realtors Council. He has served on the national CCIM board as its Regional VP. He was named as a “Top Producer” in 2005 and 2007 in the Development division of the Board of Realtors, as well as a  “Top Producer” in 2010 in the Investment division of the Board of Realtors, and is a life member of the Million Dollar Round Table.
