Parrish Holley—associate Broker
Parrish Holley joined Shannon-Waltchack in early 2011.
Parrish, a graduate of Birmingham-Southern College, began his commercial real estate career at Southpace Properties where he specialized in brokering investment properties. Prior to Southpace, Parrish worked at an accounting firm and then at two banks, first as an analyst and then as a commercial loan officer.
He is an Eagle Scout and is currently completing both his CCIM and CPA designations. Parrish is the Birmingham Chapter Co-Chairman of Ducks Unlimited, which was last year honored as the state’s only top 100 chapter out of over 5,000 chapters and is the Event Chairman of the Birmingham Chapter of the Coastal Conservation Association, which consistently has the largest and highest grossing event in the state.
At Shannon-Waltchack, Parrish specializes in assisting developers and landlords in the sale of their investment properties and in assisting investment buyers in the underwriting and purchase of real estate assets, primarily of the net-lease type.
