TIMOTHY S. BLAIR, CCIM—
Principal

Tim Blair has been a principal in Shannon Waltchack, LLC since 2010.

Mr. Blair has been participating in real estate deals for over 20 years and has been focused exclusively on real estate since 2002. Mr. Blair is a life member of Birmingham Association of Realtors’ Million Dollar Sales Club and is an officer with the Alabama chapter of the Commercial Real Estate Institute (CCIM). Before joining Shannon Waltchack, he participated in hundreds of deals resulting in $50+ million of transactions while working with Sloss Real Estate Company and Blair Investment Properties.

Prior to focusing exclusively on real estate, Mr. Blair acted as principal and/or owner in multiple investments while President of Argyle Investments – a privately held venture capital firm.

Mr. Blair is actively involved in local non-profits including the YMCA. He and his wife, Barbara, have two children and attend St. Francis Xavier Church.
