Brokerage Team Surpasses $28,000,000 in Transactions IN Q1

Shannon Waltchack is proud to announce a strong first quarter deal volume to kick off 2016. The brokerage team surpassed $28,000,000 in transactions between January and March. This includes a major portfolio acquisition of five shopping centers in North Alabama, the sale of a prominent piece of land on Highway 280, and other prominent leases and sales.

Ali Wilburn represented Reynolds Oil Company, LLC in the lease of 2,520 SF at 280 Plaza, 201 Cahaba Park Circle, to Wendy Lovoy.

Ali Wilburn represented Cahaba River Road Retail Project, LLC in the lease of 2,800 SF at 4851 Cahaba River Road to Tanory Moving Services, LLC, who was represented by Jack Little with Red Rocky Realty.
