Brokers bring us over 50% of our deals and we take care of this deal source.  It is our policy that a broker who brings us an off market deal (one that is not found on Loopnet, BCRC List, MLS, etc.) receives 100% of the real estate fee, and we'll even pay the fee if the seller won't.  In addition, we encourage brokers to own part of the deals that they bring to us.
