The Birmingham Association of Realtors (BAR) awarded Len Shannon, CCIM with the 2017 Realtor of the Year award at it’s annual luncheon at The Club.

Len was unable to attend the award luncheon due to a work conflict, but his son Brock accepted the award on his behalf. His mother Janeal and members of the Shannon Waltchack team were there to celebrate.
