Our specialty is adding value thru our network of leasing contacts, vendors and operational processes.

We have a passion for value enhancing opportunities not just for ourselves but for our investors and clients, many of whom have never owned or managed commercial real estate. We also seek out opportunities to share ownership with the Broker who found and brought us the deal.  The way we look at it, we'd rather own a smaller percentage of many deals instead of owning all of a few. It spreads out the risk and allows us to interact with more investors, tenants and brokers.
