BIRMINGHAM, Ala – Shannon Waltchack, LLC continues to enhance the Birmingham real estate market by focusing on its mission to enrich communities and facilitate growth. From January to June, deals totaled $34,887,106.

• Tim Blair and Robert Shaw of Hamner Real Estate represented Kress Tuscaloosa in the lease of 2,798 SF at the Kress building to Rock-N-Roll Sushi.

• Robert Crook and David Spencer represented Wright Investors, LLC in the sale of the Paramount Building at 1928 2nd Ave North, to Paramount Partners, LLC, represented by Andrew Patterson and Len Shannon.

• Robert Crook represented Industry LLC in the sale of 30 25th Street North to Telegraph Branding, who was represented by Holt Rast of LAH.

• Robert Crook represented Davie Enterprises in the lease of 1,230 SF at 2829 2nd Avenue S at Pepper Place from Copperwing Design, who was represented by David Spencer.

• Robert Crook represented RLC Partners in the purchase of 2320 1st Avenue North. The seller was Brian Gill, represented by Red Rock Realty.

• Robert Crook represented CRC 1, LLC in the purchase of 2314 1st Avenue North. The seller was JR Property Development.

• Robert Crook represented Fair Housing Center of North Alabama in the lease of 1,966 SF at1820 7th Avenue North from Legal Services Alabama Inc., represented by David Watts of Watts Realty.

• Robert Crook and Derek Waltchack represented State Lease Fund 1 in the purchase of 1193 US Highway 431 in Guntersville, AL from The Hart Family, Alabama, LLC. This is an ABC State liquor store.

• Robert Crook and Derek Waltchack represented State Lease Fund 1 in the purchase of 401 21st Avenue in Tuscaloosa, AL from Genie R. Phifer. This is an ABC State liquor store.
