EA: Enrollment Advisors is a business focused on positively impacting the lives of others. We provide employee benefit education, enrollment, and administrative services for large companies across the country.
SW: What makes your business unique?
EA: Our culture is what shapes our company. We have worked hard to create an environment where the industry’s most talented people serve each other, our clients, and our client’s employees.
SW: In this roller coaster of an economy, describe in one word the key to success.
SW: What is the funniest or wildest thing that has ever happened or you have found on your property?
EA: We have a huge hawk that lives outside my window in the field next door. We enjoy watching him hunt.
SW: Where would you like to see your business in three years?
EA: We would like to be big enough to take over the Shannon-Waltchack space next door. That would mean that we have continued to steadily grow.
SW: What do you enjoy most about your business?
SW: Any interesting company traditions?
EA: We play a game called LCR any opportunity we get.
