SW: In a sentence or two, tell the readers a little bit about your business.
At our practice we strive to create a comprehensive and personalized cosmetic laser and aesthetic treatment experience in which our patient’s skin health and well being are foremost in their continuing treatment plan. As a board certified cosmetic laser surgeon, Dr. Seiler specializes incombining cosmetic laser and aesthetic treatments with new philosophies of cosmetic dermatology medical grade skincare. 
SW: What makes your business unique?
We strive to provide our patient’s with exceptional care by being highly trained and specialized and professional with predictable results. Dr. Seiler and his staff are partners with our patients helping them achieve better skin health for life. 
SW: In this roller coaster of an economy, describe in one word the key to success. 
Quality: Providing quality care to our patients has brought success to our practice. Our practice is built on our patient and doctor referrals. 
SW: What is the funniest or wildest thing that has ever happened or you have found on your property? We have lots of lady bugs around our practice! Yes actual lady bugs! We are not sure where they come from but there are lots of them around. 
SW: Where would you like to see your business in three years? 
Continuing to build upon providing quality patient care. We see our practice growing by further 
developing our product called ContourMed Virage Breast Forms for pre & post mastectomy 
patients and building Dr. Seiler’s physician training division of our practice. Dr. Seiler trains 
other physician’s around the country on cosmetic laser devices, aesthetic injections and building 
a successful aesthetic practice center. 

SW: What do you enjoy most about your business? 
Our patients! We love seeing our patients and helping them achieve their skin care goals. There 
is nothing quite like seeing a young adult who comes to us with acne and changing how they feel 
about themselves once their skin is clear. Their confidence shines! 

SW: Any interesting company traditions? 
On Monday we generally don’t see patients. It’s our day to talk with our staff, get their feedback 
on how things are going, what we can improve upon and ensure we are all on same page. Dr. 
Seiler spends time to further educate and train our staff to better serve our patients needs. It’s 
also our time together to breathe for a minute and enjoy each other’s company so we work better 
as a team during the week. 
SW: What makes Shannon Waltchack stand out from other CRE firms? 
Shannon Waltchack has been amazing in every way. We are so happy in our location. We moved 
in 1.5 years ago and say every day how happy we are to be in our building. Everyone that works 
for Shannon Waltchack has been so helpful. They truly want to see our business be successful 
and continue to grow.
