We have been involved in financing and refinancing activities totaling over $16mm.
Our portfolio continues to outperform the broad market as we are 97% occupied across all asset classes.
Our management portfolio has grown over 30% to over 2,000,000 SF.
Our overall brokerage volume surpassed $50,000,000.
We have added new additions to our team: Ali Wilburn and Robert Crook, Brokers; Brandi Eggleton, Associate Property Manager; and Willie Cramer, Maintenance Technician. We are truly blessed to have a great team working towards the same goals.
