BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – SW brokers totaled $19,492,000 in transactions in the third quarter of 2017. Notable deals included the acquisition of a small portfolio of local net leased properties as well as the sale of a prominent retail strip in the UAB “food court” district.

  • Seth represented Timberchase Financial, LLC in the lease of 1,600 SF of office space at 31 Inverness Center Parkway from HPT Sunbelt Portfolio, LLC.
  • Seth Berry represented Konecranes, LLC in the lease of 9,240 SF at 104 Oxmoor Road from George W. Barber, Jr.
