BIRMINGHAM, Alabama — Shannon Waltchack Commercial Real Estate has announced the following recent deals:
David Spencer represented Birmingham Investment Group in the 6,124-square-foot lease of office space at The 2 North 20th Building in downtown Birmingham. Tanner Sumners of Harbert Realty represented the landlord.
Spencer also represented HiWAAY Information Services in the 3,023-square-foot lease of office space at Executive Park South Office Park in Huntsville. Charlie Grelier Jr. of NAI Chase Commercial represented the landlord.
