Robert Crook serves purchasers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. His primary focus since joining Shannon Waltchack in (2012) has been representing landlords in the disposition or leasing of their property in the city limits of Birmingham. He has also guided investment groups and former tenants in their purchase of property throughout the metro area. (In less than 2 years Robert has completed 18 deals in excess of $11,000,000). Robert is a graduate of Auburn University and is a current member of Trinity United Methodist Church. In his free time he enjoys spending time with friends and family, golf, and travel.
