Shannon Waltchack is thrilled to have achieved the Accredited Management Organization (AMO) designation, the only distinctive credential for real estate management firms, designated by the Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM).

“We are ecstatic to be part of a small group of companies who have achieved this designation. It is a testament to the quality of our team and our commitment to excellence,” said Principal Andrew Patterson, CCIM, CPM.

Shannon Waltchack manages over 80 properties, totaling over 2.9 million square feet throughout the Southeast. The Property Management team continues to expand and advance, in order to better serve its tenants, owners and investors. Peter M. Drake, CPM, PMP joined Shannon Waltchack in 2014 as the Director of Property Management. Drake led the charge in obtaining the new designation.

I am elated about adding the AMO credentials to our firms industry accomplishments. The AMO designation is not just an acronym given out to fee paying members of an organization, the requirements are stringent and it truly sets us apart from the competition by putting us in a class of Property Management firms that have achieved the highest standard of excellence. There are currently only 550 AMO accredited firms in the United States and I could not be more proud of our firm reaching this goal,” said  Drake.
