Shannon Waltchack, LLC announces brokerage activity for the first half of 2015

BIRMINGHAM, Ala – Shannon Waltchack, LLC had a strong first half of the year, with over $50 million in transactions. Brokers participated in sales, new leases, renewals, and developments across the state of Alabama, with a concentration in metropolitan Birmingham. Additionally, SW Management continues to excel after obtaining its AMO designation, picking up new accounts in North Alabama and Birmingham.

• Carey Atkinson represented JCG Investments, LLC, in the lease of 1,100 SF to Janet Stoudenmire/Alabama Wellness at 4598 Valleydale Road.

• Tim Blair, CCIM represented Opelika and Gay Partners, LLC in the purchase of a 7,000 SF building at 203 Opelika Road in Auburn, AL.

• Tim Blair, CCIM represented Independence Plaza Partners, LLC in the lease renewal of 2,210 SF to Snelling Staffing, LLC at Independence Plaza in Homewood, AL. Arnold Mooney of Southeast Commercial Partners represented the tenant.

• Tim Blair, CCIM represented Independence Plaza Partners, LLC in an office lease renewal to Beacon Insurance, LLC at Independence Plaza in Homewood, AL.
