Shannon Waltchack brokers conducted $52,900,000 in deals during the second quarter of 2016. This quarter included a couple of significant acquisitions, including The Shops at the Colonnade, The Edgewood Service Center, and the Bebco Building.

Seth Berry represented the buyer at 236 South 1st Street South to Tyrone Quarles.

Seth Berry represented the landlord, Markfore Investments, LLC, in the lease of 4,800 SF at 112 Bowling Lane in Pelham to The Beer Hog, LLC, who was represented by Vannessa Striplin Morris of Southeast Commercial.

Seth Berry represented Ray Engineering Group in the lease of 4,639 SF at 2100 Riverchase Center from DRA/CLP Riverchase Center, Birmingham, LLC.

Seth Berry represented Sprayroq, Inc. in the lease of 15,248 SF at 4766 Grantswood Road in Irondale from Grantswood Investments, Inc.

Seth Berry represented Tourbillon Holdings, Inc. in the lease of 14,000 SF at 400 39th Street North from Birmingham Scaffold Warehouse, Inc.

Seth Berry represented Harry A. Kampakis Childrens Trust in the purchase of a 15,000 SF industrial building at 119 Citation Court in Homewood from Victory Ink Co, Inc.

Seth Berry represented Phoenix Capital in the lease of 1,139 SF of office space at Century Park from Century/Chase LLC.

Seth Berry represented Keller Williams Vestavia in the lease of 7,943 SF at Grandview II. Sam Carroll, SIOR, of Graham & Company represented the landlord.

Tim Blair, CCIM represented Bebco 2230, LLC in the lease of 1,900 SF at 2230 2nd Avenue South. Matt Gilchrist with Graham & Company represented the tenant.

Tim Blair, CCIM represented Bebco 2230, LLC in the purchase of the Bebco Building at 2230 2nd Avenue South from Bebco Properties.

Robert Crook, CCIM represented Lake Crest Partners, LLC in the lease renewal of retail space at 2321 John Hawkins Parkway to J. Alex Stephens.
